FANTASTIC BOOK!! I can’t praise this book enough!
What were we thinking? If you put your leg in a cast, you don’t expect it to be physically fit when you take the cast off, do you? Well, look at your shoes. That is what we have been doing to our feet!
We were born to run distances. Man is a running animal well suited to running extreme distances. The Tarahumara are not odd. They are what we all could be.
Book was such good listening that I might listen to it all over again.
What if you only had 2 years left to live?
How would you spend it?
Would you fight with your relatives about property and money?
Would you worry about retirement funds?
Would you work 80 hours/week trying to get ahead?
Would you spend it zoned out in front of the TV?
Would you stop and look at your life and decide what is really important to you?
