Change your diet

Breakfast suggestions:

Muesli (raw rolled oats, raisins, nuts, fresh fruit) soaked in fruit juice

Cooked oatmeal (or soft-cooked rice), honey, cinnamon with flax oil/butter (mix fresh flax oil into butter, keep refrigerated, do not use in cooking)

Fruit (only if tolerated. May be too sweet for many)

Fruit smoothie with 2 Tbsp Superfood (order from 1-800-HERBDOC)

Lunch suggestions:

Salad with vinaigrette dressing (use dark green leafy vegetables: leaf lettuce, collard greens, turnip greens, kale; walnuts; wild salmon; carrots; peas; etc.) Suggest that you make 5 salads with the greens on top. Heavier vegetables, meat, and nuts can sit in the dressing. Salad are ready to take to work. 

Vegetable soup

Stir-fry veggies with grassfed/wild meat with rice

Raw vegetable juice

Green tea

Dinner suggestions:

Ocean fish, Free range fowl, Wild game, Grass-fed beef

Steamed vegetables

Baked white or sweet potatoes with flax oil/butter

Green tea, spring water
