What is bio-energetic screening, it isn't a medical test?

Bio-energetic screening is a simple, quick and effective way for your body to  tell you how well it is functioning. Your body will tell you about its nutritional levels, hormone balance, energetic health of internal organs, food sensitivities, environmental sensitivities and toxin levels. The results from a screening allow accurate recommendations of energetically balanced nutritional products and remedial action to promote health and healing. It is not a medical test. Your body tells you what balances and unbalances it's energy system. It might be thought of as being similar a lie detector only much better.

What health conditions can it help with?

Any time your body is suffering, it has information to tell you that can help you help it. By bringing your body's energy back into balance, your body can heal itself faster. So it can help you with nearly all health conditions.

What happens during a CEDS screening?

Asyra: The client holds two brass masses, one in each hand, which is connected to the Asyra machine. During the screening the system changes the energetic values of 230 food substances as well as vitamin & minerals.  This is done extremely quickly & it is these energetic values which are simulated against the skin of the person being tested via the brass masses.  Any significant drop in energy response from the person being tested would be recorded by the system as an intolerance.  The same procedure works for identifying the energetic imbalances in organs/glands.  All the results will then be discussed and explained.

Avatar: You simply sit in a chair and hold a small brass bar connected to a test instrument, in one hand. The practitioner will gently press a small probe onto specific points (known as acupuncture points) on the other hand. The test unit records the body's response at each point. You only feel the sensation of the probe being applied to your skin.

And how long does this take?

The screening with the Asyra is very quick. Additional time is needed to go over the results. Allow an hour for the first appointment. I will also teach you Emotional Freedom Technique because I believe that there is an emotional element to all illnesses and energy imbalances. The Avatar has different information databases on it that may not be available on the Asyra. Screening with the Avatar takes longer.

Do I need to give blood?

Absolutely not. No needles are involved. The screening is carried out simply by gently applying a small probe to specific surface test points on your hands - this is all that is involved.

What do the results tell me?

The results will clearly indicate nutrient energy imbalances, hormone imbalances, organ imbalances, food intolerances or toxic energetic signatures present. The technician will explain the results and make  suggestions for you to review with your health care provider.

How often will I need to be screened?

If you are feeling absolutely terrific, then there is no need to be screened. You may still want to be screened once/year just as a preventative measure. If you feel energetically "off", it is recommended every one or three months.

Is it age dependant?

Any one of any age can be screened - from young weaned babies to people over 90 years.

If you have had a pace-maker fitted or are pregnant, we will not carry out a heath screening. I can do a "remote" screening if you have a pace-maker. I cannot screen you accurately if you are pregnant.

Is there anything I need to do before my screening?

Please refrain from applying oils and lotions on your hands on the day of your screening, which can reduce the sensitivity of the instrument. Otherwise there are no special requirements.

We also ask that you drink a glass or two of water a couple of hours before the screening.

You are to discuss all CEDS recommendations with your health care provider before implementing any of them. Further, that any recommended dietary changes or dietary supplements based partly on the results of electrodermal testing should all be discussed with your family physician before implementing any of them.

There are medical tests for many, if not all of the issues that  respondents use electrodermal testing to assess, and  you are strongly encouraged to confirm the exposures identified through standard medical testing if you or your family physician feel that it is necessary. I make no claims that the screenings find anything other than energy imbalances or that the energized water or other products actually do anything other than help balance energy.
