When a School Refuses to Protect a Child with Life-threatening Allergies

Gloucester County Public Schools is fortunate that OCR intervened. If this child, or another child, had a fatal allergic reaction after the school team refused to accommodate her well-documented allergic condition, they would be in very hot water. Consider the probability that a fatal allergic reaction would be witnessed by her classmates.
If you have a child with a peanut and tree allergy (PTA), you may need to educate your school district about the severity and unpredictable nature of these allergies. This OCR Resolution letter should help your district understand their legal responsibilities under Section 504. Learn more about Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Comment:...It is critical that school districts across the USA *quickly* come to the realization and acceptance that students with LTFA (LIFE THREATENING food allergies) absolutely qualify under Section 504 for accommodations. Nothing less. An IHP or IHCP is NOT “good enough”.

"By endorsing this particular waiver, parents would essentially be signing an admittance of neglect and or "abuse" for refusing vaccines. The language contained in this waiver could put parents and caregivers in jeopardy down-the-line if they should ever find themselves in the courts due to their child's health problems, when confronted with child protective services, divorce, or just about any matter pertaining to that child that could be used against the parent(s).
Please read any waiver provided by your child's doctor carefully before signing. Instead, offer a formally written and signed letter that simply says that you do not wish to vaccinate your child. If you are unsure of the language in the waiver, buy some time by telling your doctor that you need to consult with a lawyer before signing it."

If you give birth in-hospital, be armed with a birth plan! You can deny the hospital permission to vaccinate, circumcise, etc. If it is your wish, you must give them to understand in no uncertain terms that your baby is not to be taken anywhere for any medical procedure. Remember, vaccination is not a medical emergency. You can always decide to vaccinate at a later date. Take your time and come to a well-reasoned, calm decision. If your pediatrician tells you that you cannot continue at his practice unless you vaccinate (not unusual) - shop around - you will find more cooperative doctors listed in the phone book.

Oklahoma - birth plan must be submitted to hospital beforehand
For those who are planning a hospital birth but want to opt out of routine post natal procedures such as a Hep B shot, vitamin K injection, newborn screening, or the application of silver nitrate in the newborn's eyes, a very specific birthing plan must be submitted to the hospital in advance of the birth. Hospital staff must be informed, in advance, of your needs, wants and desires where your baby and birthing experience are concerned. The same applies to midwives.

This compulsory vaccination law became effective in Japan in 1896. In 1897 there were 49,946 cases of smallpox in Japan, with 2,276 deaths from this cause. In 1908 there were 10,067 cases with 5,837 deaths officially recorded. From 1889 to 1908 Japan had 171,611 cases of smallpox with 47,919 deaths. If anybody thinks that vaccination, re-vaccination, and re-re-vaccination prevents or mitigates smallpox, let him look at these figures. Here is a case fatality of nearly 30 per cent. It would be interesting to know to what extent the disease was mitigated by vaccination in those 47,919 fatal cases of post-vaccinal smallpox.

No matter what the alleged purported benefits would be, if there were, the fact is that it’s so unsafe that it is in no way permissible. I think that no person would permit anybody to get close to them with an inoculation if they would really know how they are made, what they carry, what has been lied to them about and what the real percent of danger is of contracting such a disease which is minimal.... Well you can start for instance with monkey protein which, of course, is a contaminant in the vaccine. Monkey protein is extremely similar to human protein. When you become allergic to monkey protein because it was injected into you and you make antibodies, you tend then to attack your own tissues, a process that is otherwise known as, you know, arthritis, well I don’t know if the public would know the term, auto-immune diseases such as connective tissue diseases, arthritis and there are many variants. So number one that is a danger. Number two, the cells of monkeys used to make vaccines are the kidney cells. They are snipped off the kidneys and let grow to cover the bottom of the glass dishes, they are called Petrie dishes and these are seeded then with the desired virus, in this case polio. Now to make these monkey cells grow better they were laced with human cancer cells called. This is the substrate or basis of dirt on which the vaccines grow. Now when you purify them, sift them etc. you know, the manufacturer will strain it and guarantee a product which is maybe 99.5%, something pure. But a zero point five percent of several billion viruses is still an awful lots of viruses....leukaemia...Trojan Horse...feed it with pus and scabs...four times as many cases of leukaemia, lymphoma and associated diseases....The measles virus is has very much found in the plaques of people with multiple sclerosis for instance....do not know about these changes in the chromosomes...
Vaccinosis, You can’t make an animal MORE immune to a disease by vaccinating them over and over - no matter what a vet tells you. - This is a really good website about pets and vaccine-induced illness - It fits us, too, because we're guinea pigs!! This one is fun to read; here is part of it:
Bread was divided according to status. Workers got the burnt bottom of the loaf, the family got the middle, and guests got the top, or "uppercrust."
Lead cups were used to drink ale or whiskey. The combination would sometimes knock them out for a couple of days. Someone walking along the road would take them for dead and prepare them for burial. They were laid out on the kitchen table for a couple of days and the family would gather around and eat and drink and wait and see if they would wake up -- hence the custom of holding a "wake."
England is old and small and the local folks started running out of places to bury people. So they would dig up coffins and would take the bones to a "bone-house" and reuse the grave. When reopening these coffins, 1 out of 25 coffins were found to have scratch marks on the inside and they realized they had been burying people alive. So they thought they would tie a string on the wrist of the corpse, lead it through the coffin and up through the ground and tie it to a bell. Someone would have to sit out in the graveyard all night (the "graveyard shift") to listen for the bell; thus, someone could be "saved by the bell" or was considered a "dead ringer."
And that's the truth...(and whoever said that History was boring?)
