Most of my patients with spondyloartropathy can not afford the expensive biologicals. Can the members please suggest alternatives?Would low dose naltrexone be useful? - S.S. MD
I was dignosed with this a decade or so ago, and after much trial and error finished up with some manipulative physiotherapy (only 3 sessions) and very simple exercises to do every hour. All symptoms disappeared in around a week, and whenever they srart to reoccur I do the ecercises for a while and they disappear again. I have also known others who have benefited from physio since. Ths does not answer your question but it may be useful. - R.R.
