John A. Feick, III

These letters were found in the rafters of the basement of 321 Decatur Street, Sandusky Ohio in the 1970's. Most of the letters were either written to John Adam Feick II or were written by him and sent to his wife Lizzy while he was in Cheyenne, Wyoming for the construction of the state capitol building.

Anita Feick typed out copies of all of the letters to make them easy to read. The Cheyenne ones are in the archives in Wyoming. Many were very faded, dirty, and disintegrating. These are scanned copies of the typewritten letters saved in pdf format.
