"Jessop's observation

...would eventually be expanded to include all pharmaceuticals. Doctors who saw large numbers of victims were becoming aware that, for reasons that remain unclear, such patients were exquisitely sensitive to medication of any kind and were at risk of adverse reactions from even the lowest recommended doses; patients with the disease who were facing surgery for any reason faced higher risks than otherwise healthy people from anesthesia and related drugs."

Allopathic

Acyclovir - a commonly used drug for HIV and AIDS patients - blocks viral replication. Not recommended.

Ampligen - does this drug really work or is it a victim of a stock market scam?

Antibiotics - some of these are the same drugs approved for treating anthrax! Doxycycline, tetracycline, and ciprofloxacin

Arsenical drugs - Horses and dogs are coming down with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Comments - Why does Allopathic medicine criticize patients from looking to alternative medicine for help?

Guaifenesin - Here is the one exception that drugs don't work. This one does not cure fibromyalgia but it gets people nearly painfree and out of bed. Trick is finding a doctor willing to prescribe it.

Kutapressin - Maybe we could just eat liver?

Procrit - drug used to treat anemia

"I personally am very suspicious of drug viral therapy. As they are now finding in the treatment of AIDS, antiviral drugs tend to cause a mutation of the virus into a drug resistant form that might end up causing far more trouble than if they had not attempted to "kill" the virus in the first place. I realize that these views are somewhat heretical (so what else is new?), but more and more respectable researchers are coming to the same conclusions."

"How to Avoid the Seven Biggest Mistakes That Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Patients Make"

R. Vincent Satterwhite, D.C.

Dr. Satterwhite will reveal the biggest mistakes that fibromyalgia sufferers make. Why fibromyalgia is so consistently misdiagnosed and mistreated by mainstream medicine. Why people suffer needlessly for years on end when, very often, there are simple solutions to their physical ailments. Why drugs complicate this condition and will definitely not fix the underlying problems! Dr. Satterwhite practices in Kansas City.
